WSOPC 2012-2013: Four new stops in the program
Last Monday, the program of the season 2012-2013 of the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC) was unveiled. The tour will continue to extend this season because this new edition will consist of 20 steps. Four new destinations have been added to the program as Horseshoe Cleveland stage which will run from March 14 to 25, 2013, that of Foxwoods Resort Casino, which will take place from March 27 to April 8, 2013, the stage of Harrah's Cherokee in The North Carolina to be held from April 4 to 15, 2013 and in Vancouver. This is the first step of the WSOPC held outside the U.S. territory and it will take place in the poker room of River Rock Casino in Vancouver from October 27 to November 7, 2013.
Another change is also announced in the timing of the WSOPC 2012-2013. Indeed, the WSOP National Championship will be held in May in Louisiana, New Orleans, while this year it was held alongside the WSOP in the Rio Casino in Las Vegas. The field of the competition is still limited to 100 competitors and the selection criteria remain the same. The kickoff of this new edition of the WSOPC will take place on August 9th. This inaugural stage will be held in Biloxi, Mississippi in IP Casino Resort & Spa. After this first step, the tour will stop in Bossier City, Louisiana, Chicago, Atlantic City, San Diego, Los Angeles, Florida and also in Philadelphia.
