WPT: The Season XI will begin soon in Cyprus
The World Poker Tour is one of the most prestigious live poker circuits. Despite the decline in attendance of this year, organizers promise a new season even more emotional and always to be held in places with an idyllic setting. To this end, the first World Poker Tour Season XI will be held in Cyprus specifically within the Merit Crystal Cove Casino & Resort. Named the WPT Merit Cyprus Classic, this inaugural event of the season 2012-2013 would be magnificent to attract more players, and that's why itÂ’s this luxury place which will host the Mediterranean step of the World Poker Tour for six days, from August 4 to 9, 2012.
The WPT Merit Cyprus Classic is an opportunity to meet Mike Sexton, Tony Dunst, Matt Savage and the Royal Flush Girls as well as well known players fans of the WPT as Tony G, Dominik Nitsche, Kara Scott, Marvin Rettenmaier and many others. Side Events and many different poker games will be available there as No Limit Hold'em, Omaha and Razz but the most anticipated of all is the No Limit Hold'em Main Event. The Main event will be available for an entry fee of $ 4,400 with a guaranteed prize pool of $ 1 million. It will have two first days with re-entry, which became now a classic in live poker tournaments, so players eliminated from Day 1A will be able to participate in Day 1B.
