Women In Poker Hall of Fame: Kathy Raymond and JJ Liu elected
Among the 10 nominees, Kathy Raymond and JJ Liu were the happy one who were elected members of the Women in Poker Hall of Fame. They each deserve to be part of this association. Originally from Taiwan, JJ Liu discovered her passion for poker when she started her career in Silicon Valley. She holds a degree in computer engineer but she decided to start a career as a poker professional player with no doubt and she achieved her goal. Indeed, Liu has proven time and again her talent, which also allowed her to pocket more than $ 2.5 million in tournament winnings. Regarding Kathy Raymond, her great contribution in the development of online poker is now known to all lovers of this game. She currently holds an important place in the world of online poker.
Indeed, she served as director of Venitian Casino poker rooms in Las Vegas. Before her arrival in the city of lights, she also work in Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. And to top it all, Raymond is a cash game specialist. She won a nice bonus in a HORSE tournament of the World Series of Poker in the past. The induction ceremony of the two players will take place on August 31, 2012 at Golden Nugget Casino Grand Ballroom of Downtown Las Vegas. This will be a big party. On the program, there will be a dinner and dancing party.
