Mega Poker Series 2012 in Madrid a huge success
The 3rd Event of the Mega Poker Series powered by Poker770 at the Casino Gran Madrid outnumbered the Spanish European Poker Tour stop (477 players during its stop back in March 2012) in terms of participants for 2012 and reached a total of 507 Entries from more than 12 European and international countries within two starting days. With a total prize pool of 344,250, the top 63 get paid and receive at least 1,500 whereas the winner will take home 65,000 for the efforts in the 770 Main Event.
More than 80 live and online qualifiers travelled to the capital of Spain and the extremely deep structure with 77,000 Chips Starting Stack as well as 60 respectively 77 minute blind levels as of Day 2 is one of the best on the live poker circuit right now. Furthermore, the Deepstack Series under the guidance of TK Poker Events also offers various Side Events for each pocket and brought some of the best European poker players to Madrid such as two time EPT Main Event finalist Koen de Visscher from Belgium, European ranking 2010 winner Julian Herold and the local heroes José Luis "Sevillano" Cordero, Francisco "Kikuxo" Fernandez and Paco "Eltren" Torres.
