ACF Summer Series: Another appointment in Paris from June 8 to 24, 2012
There are only eight days before the start of the ACF Summer Series. This poker tournament will effectivelly begin on June 8, 2012 and will end on June 24. As usual and as its name suggests, it will be held in the Aviation Club de France on the Champs Elysees. The flagship event is the Summer Deepstack which will begin on June 21 and it is accessible for a buy-in of 1,000. The event will take place over four days composed of two first two qualifying days. Participatng in this tournament will allow French players to prepare properly for the $ 10,000 Main Event of the World Championship of Poker in Las Vegas. Note that last year, Isabel Ortega Benitez pocketed the superb prize of 49,280 after having been the best deal face to a field of 190 participants.
In addition to this main event, the ACF Summer Series will also consist of several side events. Moreover, some new features were added to the program. Among other, women will compete in the ladies tournament Freezeout of 100. Those who like Triple Chance will also be satisfied. They will have a Pot Limit Omaha of 500 and a Texas Hold'em No Limit of 250. We should also mention the holding of the Coupe de France of Poker Clubs and the World Poker Tour Magazan National Series satellite. It will be a great poker festival and before the kickoff of the Main Event, 15 satellites of 50 will be held.
