ISPT: The first edition will be held at Wembley in 2013
The International Poker Tour Stadiums (ISPT) is a great poker event keenly awaited by followers of the game. As a reminder, it's the concept of the tournament that makes it so interesting because it is expected to total around 30,000 players who will compete for a single title. It will also meet for the first time the world of online poker and live poker because the first part will be played online using touch pads. Participants will be installed in the tribune. And when there remain only 3,000 players competing, the game will run on real tables installed on the lawn. We should also mention the huge prize pool of 20 million which will allow the winner to come away with a great reward.
If the first edition of the ISPT was originally scheduled to take place this autumn, poker enthusiasts will have to wait again because the organizers decided to organize it in 2013. It must be said that the preparation of such an event requires a lot of time, what could be the cause of this decision. Thus, the famous rendezvous will take place from May 31 to June 6, 2013 in the legendary Wembley Stadium in London. The designers of this project who are Laurent Tapie and Prosper Masquelier hope to account a record in terms of participation in this tournament open for a buy-in of 600 and will do whatever is necessary to keep it a memorable event for participants. They also told that it is to accommodate all poker enthusiasts from around the world they chose a place as large as the Wembley Stadium.
