Tangier Poker Million VIII: The Main Event to be played from Friday
Marrakesh became since a few time the favorite destination of lovers of live poker. Following the success of the Tangier Poker Million earlier this year, the Casino of Tangier will receive a new edition of the Tangier Poker Million, an international tournament of Texas Hold'em poker guaranteeing a total prize pool of 150,000 Dirhams. Last March, the Tangier Poker Million brought together a field of 109 players and it was Gilles Haddad who won the title and almost 30,000 or 300,000 dirhams of prize. This new edition was held from Wednesday, May 2nd and will end this Sunday, May 6, 2012. The Tangier Poker Million VIII was also a great opportunity for poker fans to see Juan Manuel Pastor and Raúl Páez compete in a head's up of one million Dirhams of almost 100 000 which was held last Thursday.
In addition to this main attraction of the Tangier Poker Million VIII, there is the Main Event of 11,000 dirhams ( 1,000) to be held from today. Many satellites of 500 dirhams were held yesterday to allow players to access the main tournament. This Friday, the Casino of Tangier will receive the Main Event Day 1 that will be played in Freezeout with a structure of 30,000 chips and levels of 45 minutes. The Day 2 of Saturday, May 5 will be played on levels one hour. On the last day, the survivors of the first two days will join the final table of one million Dirhams prize pool.
