EPT Berlin High Roller: Won by ElkY with a gain of € 231,000

On the sidelines of the Main event of the European Poker Tour Berlin which ended with the victory of Davidi Kitai, the side events of the EPT on the German soil did not disappoint French players. Indeed, during the High Roller of € 10,000 buy-in that took place on Sunday, March 24, the French leader Bertrand Grospellier triumphed once more by picking up the victory and the first prize of € 231,000. He is already known for his performances in high roller tournaments. Note that the event brought together 57 professional poker players, which logically led to a very tough final table. To clinch the trophy, Grospellier had to face Martin Jacobson who lost at the 8 th place, Viktor Blom (7th), Oleh Okhotskyi (6th), Tobias Reinkemeier (5th), David Peters (4th) and Marvin Rettenmaier (3rd). He also ousted Chris Moorman during the final duel.

About the results of the other side events, it must be said that success was at the rendezvous. Indeed, the events Win the Turbo button and Turbo Rivers recorded a field between 130 and 138 participants. The No Limit of € 2,000 which crowned as champion Anton Wigg was attended by 250 participants and the No Limit of € 1,000 won by Vincent Fri der Fruit recorded a field of 270 players. Note that the EPT visits currently Monte Carlo for the last step before the final in Madrid. Many poker fans are present in the royal city to attend the event.
