WPT National Series Paris: Alexandre Viard, Day 2B chip leader
After the Day 2A of the WPT Paris National Series which was marked by the qualifying of 23 players for the Day 3, the remaining survivors from day 1, 109 participants gathered yesterday for the Day 2B. Among these players, we found familiar faces in poker such as the French Jean Paul Pasqualini, Anthony Lellouche, Tristan Clemencon, Emeline Her and Olivier Chaignard. After a few levels of play, more than half of the field fell like Antony Lellouche, Hemeline Her, Tristan Clemencon and Jean Paul Pasqualini and there were only 29 survivors. Alexandre Viard is at the top of the ranking on the eve of Day 3 with a stack of 528,000 chips followed by Remi Le Meur (473,000) and Clement Bonin (384,000) in the top 3 of the chip count of the day.
Of the 29 players who survived that day, there are also Davidi Kitai (323,000), Antoine Saout (283,000), Benoit Botteau (206,000), Peter Drochon (187,000), Marc Inizan (62,000) and Jean Daligault (49,000). These 29 players will be joined by the 23 qualified players from the Day 2A. So, the Day 3 will gather the 52 survivors of Day 2, of which 40 will access into the money list, to designate the 27 players for the penultimate day of the final table. At the entrance of the Day 3 so, Alexandre Viard is the chip leader of the Day 2A and 2B followed by Yann Detychey, Remi Le Meur, Jean Luc Voyer, Nicolas Cardyn, Franck Boyer, Shinya Shimada, Enjoubault Jacques, Bruno Soutavong and Clement Bonin.
