WSOPC Atlantic City Day 2: A very interesting day
The second day of competition at the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC), currently visiting Atlantic City was closed and there are only 22 players vying to play on Day 3. It must be said that this day was an opportunity for the public to watch many professional poker players at work on the table. Indeed, in the middle of the day, the organizers decided to offer a live broadcast that saw marquee players such as Josh Brikis, David Fox, Manh Nguyen, Garry Gates and Edward Pham who competed on same table. This was indeed the first time that a live broadcast took place within the WSOPC before the final table.
Thus, at the end of this eventful day, Garry Gates with his 805,000 chips in hand, Josh Brikis holder of 354,000 chips, Tyler Kenney with a stack of 446,000 and Edward Pham who holds a stack of 578,000 will come back on Day 3. The chip leader of the first qualifying Day, Aaron Overton will be also present without forgetting the finalists in the latest editions Roland Israel and John Andress. Moreover, it should be noted that Aaron Overton is at the second place behind Ryan Higgins, the chilpleader and only player with more than one million chips in this poker tournament. At the opposite, many players like Sirous Jamshidi, Kurt Jewell, Anthony Grehh, Wendeen Eolis, Matt Glantz, Andy Frankenberger, Christian Harder, Dwyte Pilgrim, Lee Childs, Jacob Bazeley and Ari Engel have given up the tournament.
