Partouche Super Sat Aix-en-Provence: The first to Adil Iddir
Last weekend, the Pasino of Aix-en-Provence, in France welcomed the 323 poker players who registered for the Partouche Poker Tour Super Satellite. This field was composed by poker enthusiasts who qualified in the online poker room and in satellite tournaments of 170 held at the casino and those who paid the buy-in of 1,250. Having earned his place in satellite tournaments of 170, Adil Iddir managed to win against his 322 competitors and finally obtained the title and the first prize of 16,000. He made a good run because he began the second day of competition as chipleader. He managed to remove Luis Damien, the chipleader at the table at a time when there were only four players in the race. During the final duel, perseverance and performance enabled him to oust Magalie Fabron who pocketed the second prize of 9,200 as runner-up.
The chipleader at the start of the final table, William Orlando had the misfortune to surrender at the 5 th place. Jordane Ouin, Bastien Puget, Cyril La Balme, Mathieu Coutant and José Astima were respectively ranked in the 9th, 8th, 7th, 6th and 4th position. Note that all finalists will have the opportunity to participate in the Grand final of the Partouche Poker Tour to be held at Palm Beach in Cannes in September, by having received each a package of 8,500. The organizers also offered a package of 2,500 for the ISPT to 20 players from the game. The next appointment of the Partouche Super Sat will take place in Nice, in the Casino de la Méditerranée from April 20 to 22, 2012.
