Latin American Poker Tour: Daniele Nestola grabs the trophy
The fourth season of the Latin American Poker Tour ended with the victory of Daniele Nestola during the grand finale which was held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The final table was held on Monday, February 20 after four days of action-packed and emotion. Note that many poker enthusiasts who come from different European cities and Canada made the trip. The Canadian poker pro, Daniel Negreanu has even incorporated the list of qualified for the final table. Unfortunately, he lost at the sixth place. The only representative of Brazil during this final battle, Vitor Torres, didn't also managed to clinch victory and settled for the 7 th place.
Daniele Nestola started the final table as holder of the larger stack. This was a huge advantage helping him to clinch victory with greater ease. Juan Gonzalez was the first to have left the game. After the removal of the Canadian star, Jonathan Markovits also surrendered. Felipe Morbiducci won the fourth place while Carlos Ibarra grabbed the third place with a winning of R$ 148,840. The final heads'up faced Nestola to Nicolas Gasperino and it was very fast. With a fantastic feat, Daniele Nestola had the privilege to ride on top of the podium of the poker room to receive his trophy and the first prize amounting R$ 289,300. In total, the final table of this tournament lasted about four hours.
