EPT: In Copenhagen from February 19 to 25, 2012
From February 19 to 25, 2012, fans of the European Poker Tour (EPT) circuit are expected in Copenhagen, the capital and one of the biggest cities of Denmark. Last year's EPT Copenhagen was a resounding success as its main event brought together a field of 449 participants generating a prize pool of $ 2,769,554 of which the largest share, $ 679,244 was awarded to Michael Tureniec for his excellent feat. This year again, the same success is expected as the main event open for $ 6,600 buy-in will begin on February 20, 2012 and will be spread over five days of competition. In addition to this flagship tournament, various interesting events will be scheduled during the edition 2012.
Indeed, there will be a No-Limit Hold'em Bounty Turbo of $ 3,871 buy-in, a Pot Limit Omaha dealers Choice 4 or 4 card of $ 434, a No-Limit Hold'em available of $ 2,871, a No-Limit Hold'em Turbo Win The Button of $ 434, a No-Limit Hold'em Bounty and No-Limit Hold'em of $ 1,437 entry fee each, a Head's Up tournament for a field limited to 19 participants that will be open for $ 4,254, a No-Limit Hold'em Bounty Turbo of $ 581, a No-Limit Hold'em Re-entry tournament of $ 9,391, a ladies tournament of $ 434, a Pot Limit Omaha Single Re-buy of $ 1,437, a no-limit Hold'em Turbo "Rivers" of $ 434, a No-Limit Hold'em Six Max of $ 9,391 and a No-Limit Hold'em Hyper Turbo of $ 152 which will close the festival. Note that all these events will take place in the poker room of Casino Copenhagen.
