Charity tournament: Wall Street Warfighters Foundations and Scotty Nguyen invite players
Help others by playing poker became a very common activity in recent years. For the month of September, two charity poker tournaments will be held on the American soil. The first will be held on September 22, 2011 at 6:00 p.m at the Air and Space Museum of the Intrepid Sea, New York. This hold'em poker tournament is organized by the Wall Street Warfighters Foundation for the benefit of disabled veterans. The foundation provides them training to let them start a new career in the financial services of industries. Several celebrities already announced their presence and participants will get different prizes as the gold ring awarded to the champion with a check of $ 20,000.
The second tournament will be played in the poker room of Seminole Casino Immokalee. It is prepared by the famous world champion of poker Scotty Nguyen. The meeting will take place this weekend and two events are scheduled. On September 24, Scotty Nguyen invites poker enthusiasts to participate in the tournament, "Ante Up" available with a buy-in of $ 230. And on September 25, the tournament "Poker Gives" of $ 75 buy-in will be on the program. Both events will start from 2:00 p.m and they are organized to the benefit of the Special Olympics and disabled veterans. A prize of $ 10,000 will be distributed to the best players and participants will meet with the grand champion.
