WPT Prague: The meeting will be held in December
For this tenth edition of the World Poker Tour circuit (WPT), the organizers decided to hold a stage of the tournament in the city of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. The meeting will be held during the winter season, from November 29 to December 12, 2011. And players will be welcomed in the poker room of the prestigious Corinthia Hotel. The flagship event which is the main event of 3,500 buy-in that should bring together internationally top players, will be held from December 1 to 5. Note that the European Poker Tour circuit will also stop in the city a few days after the WPT. It is certain therefore that a great competition will be played between the two events but everyone also hopes the same success.
As usual, the WPT Prague will be composed of many side events. In addition to the qualifiers for the main event, attractive side events will be very in the program. The details of the event will be announced soon. But until this new appointment, the fans of the circuit will meet first in Malta from September 10, 2011, before traveling to Atlantic City to compete for the title of the WPT Borgata, which is one of the largest stage of the circuit and is scheduled to be held from September 18. As a reminder, the tournament Borgata Open Championship attracted a field of 1,000 participants composed of professional poker players last year, generating a prize pool of $ 3.4 million. And this year, another more important turnout is expected.
