Delaware Park Iron Man Poker Challenge: Hieu Tran emerged victorious
The Delaware Park Iron Man Poker Challenge once again attracted the attention of poker enthusiasts as they were 376 players who registered for this tournament available for $ 550. The poker room of Commerce Casino in Los Angeles has been busy during the holding of this event even if the record of the previous edition was not beaten. Note that the tournament ended after 19 hours of play because the participants in this endurance event had to stay 31 hours and 58 minutes on the gaming tables before the winner of the event were known. And it was Hieu Tran who seized this great victory whith the reward amount to $ 43,761. His runner up, John Barber received $ 26,552 for his fine performance.
Note that competitors started the confrontation with 50,000 starting chips and a level of play of an hour. Since the tournament was broadcast live, the event was just phenomenal. More than 1,877 people enjoyed the actions that happened on the gaming tables. The third place with a prize of $ 17,780 was assigned to Warren Wiggens. Donald Delaney finished fourth in this intrepid race and won the prize of $ 12,400. Michael Watkins, In Min, Thomas Patterson, Mustafa Ali, Ilya Nudelman and Marcus Seitz were in the top 10 and they were respectively in the 5th to 10th place.
