EPT Tallinn: The Estonian appointment from August 2 to 7
The start of the eighth season of the European Poker Tour (EPT) will take place in Estonia, specifically in the city of Tallinn from August 2 to 7. This Baltic step of the EPT gathered 420 competitors last year and as a reminder, the French Arnaud Mattern came close to the first place after having faced Kevin Stani on the final duel. Unfortunately, the title went to the Norwegian player. This year's event will take place in the poker room of the Olympic Poker Club Swissôtel. The Main event of the tournament will begin on Aug. 2 and it will be available for a buy-in of 4,250. There will be first two qualifying days and the competitors will receive 30,000 starting chips with blinds of 50/100, which will rise every hour.
In addition to this main event estimated to have a real success, especially because the world championship of poker in Las Vegas already ended and can't dark to the event, various side events will be also on the menu at this EPT Tallinn 2011. These include among others the PLO 8 Turbo Max of 5,200 to be held on Tuesday, August 2, the Ladies special tournament of 330 scheduled on Saturday, August 6, the championship Heads'up of 3,200 will be held on Friday August 5, the No Limit Hold'em Single Reload of 10,300 is expected to be held on Saturday, August 6 and the Turbo NL 6 Max of 5,200 on Sunday August, 7. For this great event in Tallinn, then, regulars of the circuit can play poker in an exceptional setting.
