Indeed, the company decided to follow the lead of his predecessors. Thus, to recruit its new associate, about 60 engineers, the group plans to organize a poker tournament on Friday, June 17, 2011 in Appart Lafayette, in Paris.
Fixed at 40 entries, the only condition to take part in this game and also hiring test is to have only the status on a computer scientist. As this is primarily a competition, the company provided awards to the best of the tournament. Thus, they can win among other Ipad 2, iPhone 4, digital cameras or poker toolkits. To explain this initiative, the CEO of the Additeam group, Eric Decalf wants to show that in addition to technical skills, he want to know more the inner personalities of his colleagues in the same office which will be based on several qualities such as control of stress, but especially the relational knowledge of other participants.
