UKIPT Cork: Beginning of an interesting event
Cork, town of Ireland hosts one of the greatest poker festival in the United Kingdom since yesterday. It is about the second stage of the United Kingdom & Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) tournament. This event is held at Rochestown Park Hotel poker room and as usual, circuit fans expect an outstanding program. As an inaugural event, players are thus, able to play a No Limit Hold'em tournament of 110 buy-in and a satellite tournament of 55 which will allow players to get places for the main Event of 560. The Main Event kick off will take place on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and more than 600 participants are expected to come to this event. Note that an interesting prizepool will be shared to the best participants.
As usual, such an international poker tournament will propose High Roller tournament and for this time, it will be held on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of May. Buy-in for this event is fixed at 1,520 and players will have to play poker No Limit Hold'em. Note that a qualifying satellite tournament for this High Roller will be held on Saturday 21st of May. Another interesting event like the Poker Triathlon with 110 buy-in will be held on Friday 20th. Players will have to play three stages during this event : the first is a satellite tournament; the second will be a one-table tournament and the third, a heads-up. It is better to remember that the charity tournament No Limit Hold'em 110 which will be held on Sunday 22nd May and the Super Satellite of 60 will close this festival and will allow players present at this day to win packages for the UKIPT Newcastle.
