Fédération Réunionnaise de Poker: A first local tournament of 100,000
Poker knows no border. Indeed, this universally discipline is now played almost anywhere in the world. For evidence, one of the islands in the Indian Ocean, through the Fédération Réunionnaise de Poker in collaboration with Casino de Saint-Gilles will organize for the greater good of this card game a tournament event on this island part of French Overseas Department. The final appointment of poker players for this local tournament will be played at this casino on October 8 and 9, 2011.
This first national tournament of Reunion will feature a prize pool of 100,000. Before the grand final which will run for two days, a series of preliminary events will be offered to players of the island to select the best participants. And that over a period of five months from May to September. To organize this, the Fédération Réunionnaise de Poker collect all the necessary resources to let this national competition follows the standard of large international events. Thus, the enrollment in this important event is open to all lovers of this discipline. Moreover, this competition is an opportunity for poker players of all backgrounds to demonstrate their know-how in terms of strategy and talents to bluff. Namely, the Poker Federation of this small Indian Ocean island has over 900 members.
