ANZPT and LAPT Peru: Two fabulous poker event not to miss
Now, big and quality poker tournaments played regularly are no longer the exclusive preserve of Western countries, like the United States and Europe. Now, other parts of the world, Asia, Oceania, Africa and South America receive more and more tournaments on their land. It's the case of Australia which host since April 13 the Australian New Zealand Poker Tour Sydney (ANZPT) with a main event of AUD $ 2,200. The first two days of qualifying have been completed and a total field of 393 participants was recorded. The tournament has seen a decline in attendance because last year, 446 players attended the event. However, success is always guaranteed because several big players like Hachem brothers are among the competitors. The player who will succeed to Angelo Hanataj will be announced on April 17. This latest won last year the title and the first prize of AUD $ 219,432.
In Peru, in the beautiful city of Lima, the action is in full swing as since Thursday under the Latin American Poker Tour (LAPT). The audience of the poker room of the Restaurant Huaca Pucllana and Jose Barbero fans will surely come to watch their many favorite star playing poker and maybe see his back to back as the beautiful Vanessa Selbst at the North American Poker Tour Mohegan Sun. Indeed, Barbero won a prize of $ 250,000 during his previous victory. Note that the organizers propose two Day 1 and the final table is scheduled to be held on April 17.
