Television: The France Poker Series to be broadcast on Direct Star
Poker which success is a reality in France, the legalization of online poker since mid-2010 attests its good health and the increase in the number of tournaments throughout the Hexagon, is also becoming more popular with the media. Indeed, every big television channel, cable or not, has its emissions around poker. In this optic to get at the same level as its competitors, the audiovisual channel Direct Star decided to diffuse to the public the the season I of the famous tournament France Poker Series (FPS) that was held from May 1st, 2010 to February 13, 2011 in different cities of France. This new show will allow viewers to see their favorite stars playing poker. Also, they can admire the feat of the German Marvin Rettenmaier and the beautiful course of Leo Truche.
The show will include 12 episodes and the actions that took place during the six stages of the tournament are scheduled. Thus, the audience can relive the fighting and the best moments of this tournament during the steps of Divonne-les-Bains, Lyon, St. Armand, Forges les Eaux, Beaulieux-sur-Mer and also the greatest moment of the final held in the poker room of the Cercle Haussmann in Paris. Note that this poker appointment on Direct Star will be held every Tuesday evening from 11:50 p.m and has already begun since April 12. And for more thrilling, the chain engaged the French star Arnaud Mattern to animate the show and will make analysis and commentary alongside Sylvain Ribes.
