Million Poker Race: A fifth weekly meeting from April 18 to 24
The series of poker tournament 2011 of the Grand Casino La Mamounia in Marrakesh will begin soon its fifth step. At the program of this major new event for a long competition of a week in next April, four tournaments will be offered to players who will travel in the city of Marrakesh. Moreover, many satellites with buy-in and miscellaneous structures will be played during the previous week. The dates of the step number 5 of poker tour 2011 organized by the Grand Casino La Mamounia are now known. The next Moroccan meeting will be held from April 18 to 24, 2011.
Besides the Main Event of the Million Poker Race of dhs 22,000 buy-in, a freezeout of dhs 1,000,000 guaranteed with a structure of 25,000 chips, levels of 35 minutes and 25/50 blinds will be played on Saturday, April 23 before it finish with the final table on Sunday, April 24. Three other tournaments including a freezeout of dhs 5,500 buy-in for a guaranteed prize pool of dhs 150,000 and a freezeout of dhs 11,000 buy-in for a guaranteed prize pool of dhs 300,000 and a structure with 10,000 chips for a 25-minute rounds and 25/50 blinds each and a heads-up tournament of 5,500 buy-in limited to 32 players for a stack of 10,000 chips and levels of 15 minutes will be also on schedule on Thursday 21, Friday 22 and Sunday 24 April 2011. As reminding Eric "El Capitano" Haik currently holds the record of winning at the Million Poker Race of the 4 previous editions, with three victories at his credit.
