Fort Collins Series: A charity tournament for children in Larimer County
Since the beginning of the year, organizing of charity tournaments increased sharply, reflecting the generosity of poker community. Indeed, after the World Poker Tour (WPT) Invitational to the benefit of Chrysalis, Raise Your Hand For Africa of Phil Hellmuth to the benefit of Starkey Hearing Foundation that knew a big success, a new event to the benefit of Realities for Children Triumph Awards will be held in the city of Fort Collins, Colorado on March 26 and 27, 2011. A large delegation of celebrities to name Tiffany Michelle, Maria Ho, Jennifer Leigh, Jena Delk or Linda Johnson and Jan Fisher will be present alongside people with generous hearts to play poker to the benefit of abused children in Larimer County.
On March 26 around noon, participants will be invited to a VIP tour offered by the two famous breweries in the city which are the Odell Brewing Company and the New Belgium Brewing Company. They will then have rights to a dinner at Rodizio Grill before joining the residence of the President of Kroll Factual Data, which will be transformed into a poker room, to participate at the Four Deuces Charity Event of $ 1,000 buy-in. Fort Collins Series of Poker's Celebrity will take place on March 27 at 10:00 am. Players can challenge poker pros and win bounties including a special trophy and a photo shoot with the star. There be will also a consolation tournament for the unlucky and a team tournament. Note that all profits collected during the event will be donated in all to the association which takes care of these children.
