EPT Deauville: One more triumph for Jonathan Dumahel at the High Roller
Since his great achievement at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) of Las Vegas in 2010, the world champion of poker Jonathan Dumahel is increasingly visible in major tournaments around the world. And he didn't failed to make a stopover in France, in Deauville. By visiting this seaside resort in Normandy, the world champion 2010 didn't merely come for tourism. Indeed, the young Canadian triumphed at the 10,000 High Roller of the European Poker Deauville (EPT). While most of the EPT Deauville event were won by French as the main event that sacred Lucien Cohen, the Ladies Event won by Anais Lerouge, the 1,000 bounty crowning Guenan Flavien, Fabienne Graffouillère as winner of the 1,500, the 2,000 NLHE won by Ronnan Collet or the 1,000 Bounty won by Yohann Azoulay, the young champion once again defended the honor of his country by seizing this title.
Throughout the competition, Jonathan Dumahel conducted an aggressive play that put him immune to surprises and attacks of the 57 other opponents present on the table games. And we must say that the Canadian acquired an evident experience during his visit at the WSOP 2010. It was with brilliance and professionalism that he ousted the French Alain Confino during the final heads'up. Jonathan Dumahel imposed his status as world champion of poker in Deauville and the year 2011 started well for him. Fans can still admire his performance in other tournaments because after this new triumph, the young champion is not yet ready to miss the other prestigious appointments of the year.
