WSOP 2011: 58 bracelets to win for the edition of this year
The program of the 42nd World Series of Poker (WSOP) is now known. The appointment of this World Poker Championship will run in the city of Las Vegas in a time a little bit long for a little less than two months. Compared to that of 2010, some alterations were made in the program of this 2011 edition. In total, 58 tournaments will be played and will reward 58 players during the summer. As usual, the 42nd annual World Series of Poker will again take place at Rio in Las Vegas from May 31 to July 19, 2011. This world championship of poker 201 version will have a well-crafted program with tournaments with buy-ins that vary from $ 500 to $ 50,000.
Changes planned for this year are not many but still innovative. Such is the case of the head's up tournament of $ 25,000 limited to 256 players, which will be played at the beginning of the Series, that is to say, at the end of May 2011. Moreover, the new eventt Poker Player's Championship of $ 50,000 is also back this year, it will be scheduled at the end of the WSOP, before the starting of the $ 10,000 Main Event on July 7, 2011 which will be concluded with a new final table of the November Nine which date is not yet determined. Furthermore, different variants of poker, more than 10 championships of $ 10,000 will be organized in addition to No Limit Hold'em tournaments at a lower cost including 20 different variants of $ 1,500 and seven tournaments of $ 1,000 including, the Seniors and Ladies.
