EMOP 2011: 11 months of tournament through 6 European stops in program
This January will mark the start of the return of the European Masters of Poker or EMOP 2011 and this tour will be extended until November of this year. This third season will have as destinations six European countries, including for the very first time Ireland. As usual, each event will consist of a variety of tournaments including a 1,100 Main Event buy-in that will provide mainly during the journey through the first six European stop a first price in average between 50,000 and 100,000.
Besides the two last events scheduled for September in Malta and in December for the grand final in Barcelona, Spain of the European Masters of Poker 2011 edition of which dates are still being defined, the organizers of one of the major international circuits planned to start the competition consisting of four days from the 20th of this month and won't end until January 23. The first big event will be played at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands. Subsequently, an EMOP 2011 tournament of four days will take place from March 23 to 26 in the city of Lisbon in Portugal. Players will have a respite of only a few days because the city of Tallinn will receive on June 2 to 5 the third EMOP. Moreover, the event that will take place for 4 additional days from July 28 to 31 in Dublin, Ireland is quite unique because the tournament will be hosted for the first time in this country.
