Quinte Flush Club : The new poker association of Laon
Aware of the miles and miles to go to join a poker club in Tergnier, Reims or Soissons, a new poker association in Laon will be launched with the beginning of 2011, according to the president of the Quinte Flush Club (QFC), Stephanie Dere, president of this new entity. In the same vein, an opening night of this new poker club is expected in early February, according always to her explanations. Currently, the office of the association of Laon is run by six people including the President. Private parties have already been held with a approximately thirty guests.
To fully exploit the idea of creating the association Quinte Flush Club, there are many goals set by managers of this club of Laon in this community life such as the gathering of passionate members who share a passion for playing all variants of poker, the learning of the game until the reaching of excellent level of play, the players' association to create a team spirit of community around this discipline based primarily on friendship and solidarity among members, recognition of poker as a game that requires semi-random method of practicing strategic thinking and psychology that will be completed by the personality of the player. In addition, QFC wants to be a club that develop eigenvalues in poker such a competitive spirit, friendliness, sportsmanship and respect for other players. Thus, the association prevails prevention of disorders related to gambling. The first meeting of the club members is scheduled for Tuesday, 4 January, 2011 at the salle des Dynamiques in the City of Railwaymen.
