Cinema : The Rounders 2 will be released in 2012
Many films about poker was produced since the 1990s, but only one attracted the attention of fans of the discipline, "The Rounders". Poker enthusiasts have even asked the question if a new sequence of this excellent achievement, directed by David Levien and Brian Koppelman is expected or not. Currently, there is no doubt, the following of this famous film excellently played by Edward Nottorn, Matt Damon and John Malkowitch is planned out to be released under two years, probably in 2012.
It is thus necessary to wait more than 10 years to see again the exciting adventures of Mike Mc Dermott played by Matt Damon, Teddy KGB played by John Malkovich and Edward Norton in the skin of Lester "Worm" Murphy in " The Rounders” of 1998. For now, the cast is yet to be confirmed for Matt Damon and Edward Norton who have not hidden their wish to be part of the project. For his part, director John Dahl has shown his willingness to partner again with the players for a possible success of " The Rounders 2". For the record, this movie "The Rounders" like Bad Santa, Shakespeare in Love are among the best films produced by Miramax studio in 1990 and that will have following in the coming years, according to an agreement partnership between Miramax and The Weinstein Company.
