Magazan Poker Million: Hairabedian won the title of the last edition
For the latest and 10th edition of the tournament Magazan Poker Million, a multitude of poker stars invaded the Magazan Beach Resort in Morocco. All battled hard to win a share of the huge great prize pool of dirhams 1,060,000. Note that the buy-in of the Main Event amounted Dirhams 22,000 equivalent to 2,000 and 53 players registered to participate. The godfather of Moroccan poker, Roger Hairabedian thus imposed on his land of predilection by beating great players of the final field as Alain Roy, Antoine Saout, Sarah Herzali, Marion Medellec, Antonin Teissere or Fabrice Soulier and closed in beauty the event by winning the victory. By eliminating Jeremy Palvini during the final duel, Big Roger joined the ranks of Mylène Cogan, and Daniel Elkeslassy and Bennani Smires, previous winners of the tournament and was awarded of the title and the first prize of 33,000. Note that the top 10 players were part of the paid list.
In side events, Sebastien Hugodot won the side event of dhs 5,500 which brought together 41 players, and David Zouen acquires the side event of dhs 1,000 rebuy. Despite his defeat at the Main Event, Alain Roy did a good course at the Magazan Poker Million tournament by being qualified in the 3rd place of the side event of dhs 1,000 rebuy. Fans of this Moroccan circuit give appointment on January 8, 2011 for another edition of Magazan Poker Million....
