WSOP Circuit: Stages in Florida and Pennsylvania in the program
During these recent years, gambling industry in Florida and Pennsylvania boomed. The two States became a privileged meeting point for followers of the gambling because some poker players have been glimpsed at casinos in the city of Florida testing the competence and skill level of local players if we only quote players as Phil Ivey and Mike Matusow. In Pennsylvania, the city of New Jersey is becoming a real capital of gambling especially since lawmakers authorized the expansion of gaming tables in casinos. Thus, the city gets a big influx of poker enthusiasts. For the year 2010-2011, the World Series of Poker Tournament Circuit (WSOPC) will stop in the two States to the delight of local fans of poker.
Note that the circuit will consist of 9 stages and will be closed by the National Championship scheduled to take place on May 27, 2011. From February 17 to March 1st, 2011, Florida will host a stage of the WSOPC. However, the organizers chose the Palm Beach Kennel Club as host of the event instead of the famous Hard Rock Casino of Hollywood well known for its highly sophisticated poker room. For the step of Pennsylvania, the casino of Harrah's Entertainment in Chester will host the tournament to be held from April 28 to May 11, 2011. The entry fee for the main event at these two new stages is fixed for $ 1,500 and those who will join Pennsylvania should know that the organizers decided to award a guaranteed prize pool of $ 400,000 for the WSOPC Chester.
