FPS Divonne-les-Bains : The Alsatian Didisheim at the finishing line
Its the end for the second stage of France Poker Series (FPS) Divonne-les-Bains which has been a real success. That was the first tournament held in France since the legalization of online gambling on French territory. Thus, the two long days of last weekend with tournaments consisting of 32 levels of 40 minutes were witness of Serge Didisheis victory. The few other 399 participants of this second edition have accepted the supremacy of the new champion who eliminated Yann Pelletier, his main opponent in the Heads-up who had to bow down at the third hand of the final duel. Besides the tidy sum of 108,894, the Alsatian Serge Didisheim also won as reward a package for the EPT Season 7, the buy-in and accommodation for all FPS Season 2 and a sponsorship contract promised by the organizer for the entirety of Season 2 of France Poker Series.
For other players graded for the second stage of the tournament France Poker Series Divonne-les-Bains, there are Yann Pelletier ranked second with 69,500, at the 3rd position with Roberto Capece with 42.150, Cedric Sanchez at the 4th place with 31,600, Aldo Lisi is at the 5th place with 21,050, Mario Perez with 16,850 is ranked sixth, at the 7th position is Sam El-Sayed with 12,650 and finally at the 8th place, there is Bertrand Barrachin with 8 .450. Note that the next step will take place in Saint-Armand on October 16 and 17, 2010.
