Barrière Poker Tour Dinard : A first title for Delmas
The fifth stage of the Barrière Poker Tour 2010 took place during the last week-end of August at the Casino of Dinard. Three days which knew a very weak turnout of only 68 players at the kick off of the 1,500 + 150 Main Event for a guaranteed prize pool of 100,000. Some regular players of the French circuit as Michael Cohen, Willy Korchia, Stephane Bazin, Mercedes Osti, the winner of the WSOP Ladies 2010, Vanessa Perdigon Hellebuyck were part of the game and it was also the first time in poker tournament of the skater Philippe Candeloro. During the first two days, 10 players already guaranteed their participation in the final table dominated by Victor Delmas after a fairly ordinary start to reach the final duel that lead him in the final head's up with Paul Ribaud. A first ever victory which earned him 30,000 with a ticket for the final.
The next and sixth stage of the Barrière Poker Tour will be held in Bordeaux from September 17th to 19th, 2010. Another new opportunity to qualify for the final in Enghien-Les-Bains to be held from November 11th to 14th, 2010. In the meantime, here are the results of the BPT Dinard Main Event : 1st Victor Delmas 30,000 with a ticket to the final, 2nd Paul Ribaud ( 20,000) with a ticket for the final, third Arnaud Esquevin ( 13,350), 4th Hervé Santais ( 9,350), 5th William Cescut ( 6,000), 6th Gendrot Glen ( 4,800), 7th David Saliot ( 4,000), 8th Michael Maître ( 3,300), 9th Jerome Orain ( 2,650) and 10th Father Pascal ( 2,150).
