Valentin Messina : A player of hope for French poker
The French poker community see on Valentin Messina aka "Valvegas" a future very high level star. Indeed, his enormous achievement in becoming champion of France Poker in 2009 improved his career as a poker pro. Messina started in online tournaments like many other major players in 2007. He made his rise gradually and eventually become a teacher in a site of coaching. Messina has had many glories in online tournaments with a considerable number of final tables. He has a style of play semi-loose-aggressive, a strategy that has earned him huge success on gaming tables after an excellent track record in online tournaments, Messina made some tests in live tournaments as the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and the Spanish Poker Tour (SPT) before making a remarkable entry to the finals of France Poker Tour (FPT) 2009.
Messina has traversed a wide field of 635 participants in this championship. Despite a fierce struggle, he finished at the first place and gained access to the final head's up and facing Freddy Deeb. He emerged victorious in this duel, which earned him the title of champion and the wonderful reward of 152,000.
