It must be said that the World Series of Poker 2010 is full of events designed to delight all fans of poker. In the Event # 34, seniors were honored because this is a special tournament for them. Indeed, poker lovers aged 50 and over competed in the tables of Seniors NL Hold'em $ 1,000 buy-in tournament. This event has met a huge success as it enjoyed a field of 3,142 participants. They were nine players who reach the final table and each of them was implementing unique styles of play to take the title. But luck was on the side of Harold Angle, a 78 years old man who stood out in front of this broad field.
Indeed, despite a difficult start, Angle defended himself thoroughly and has successfully established himself to be part of the last three finalists. He then accumulated magnificent exploits and was qualified for the final head's up against Michael Minetti while John Woo was knocked out in the third place with a gain of $ 213,612. The final duel was just amazing because even if the two competitors were beginning that battle with the large advantage of Harold Angle, Minetti played very well during the 45 first minutes of the head's up. Unfortunately, he didn't resist long and was defeated to take the place of runner up. For the occasion, Minetti pocketed the munificent sum of $ 301,839.
