Morocco Poker Championship: 16,060 for the winner Jeremy Palvini
Last week-end, 142 poker players took part in the tournament which is part of the NLHE Morocco Poker Championship. At the end of this event, Jeremy Palvini was the winner with a gain of 16,060. This tournament is important because it serves as an introduction to the 15th Marrakesh Poker Open to be held at the beginning of June at the Es Saadi Casino. Players who often frequent the establishment have not missed the appointment. There was, for example, the involvement of Ange-François Cucchi, David Fisher or Olivier Chaignard. During this tournament, a French player Patrick Sacrispeyre who became a regular of Marrakesh managed to win the second place with 10,501 of prize.
The winner of this tournament is also a regular of various competitions that take place at the Casino Es Saadi. This is his second victory in Marrakesh if we consider that in March, he won the 1,000 Marrakesh Poker Open which let him bring home the prize of 10,000. Hoping to follow since the beginning of his career the footsteps of his idol, Gus Hansen, the genuine fan of Olympique de Marseille as his favorite T-shirt shown is on the right road. Here is the final results of this NHLE tournament which had a prize pool of 61,770. In third place after Patrick, there is Peter Sacrispeyre Thonnerieux with a gain of 6,795. He is followed by Alexandre Boulier who won 4,942 and David Pêcheur, 3,583. A the sixth place, it was Ange Cucchi who forestall Izzegar. For the last two places, Ludovic Mirandola with 1,606 up the rear after Olivier Chaignard who received 2,100.
