Roland de Wolfe: A new record at London Open
London has been the witness of a great poker tournament last week because the illustrious Mayfair was the host of the famous London Open Tournament held in the gorgeous circle game "The Ambassadors Club. The field of this tournament has been composed of many professional players and great fans of the game that had access to the tournament through online qualifying. 111 participants were therefore present for the tournament start generating a prize pool of 222,000 pounds. Indeed, the winner of the tournament Omaha Hi / Lo Split 8 of the Word Series of Poker 2009, of British origin and owner of an EPT and WPT has done an exceptional tournament because he eliminated during the grand final Heads'up James Vogl. This magnificent trophy let him also won a prize of $ 77,000, thereby increasing the amount of his earnings which now stands at more than 5 million dollars. With this good result, Wolfe arrives at the 57th position player with the biggest winnings. As the runner up of the tournament, Vogl left with the tidy sum of £ 41,180.
