Online poker: The FBI addresses a letter to the Congress

A high responsible of the FBI has just sent a letter to Spencer Bachus, a member of the American Congress. The letter recalls him that the cheating in online poker is indeed possible and can be done in several ways. The letter was presented in front of the congress which currently studies the legalization of this game. According to him “online poker is subjected to fraud and manipulation. There are several ways of cheating, none of them are legal. ». He also affirms that the technology which let manipulation of parts of online poker exists and everyone can pay it. Two or three players who collaborate themselves in a team to take the money of other players is possible. Always according to the letter, the new legislation should develop a license which will require on behalf of websites of online gambling using technology to secure more from cheating. The cheating should be in the center of the worrying of websites of online game as well as a responsible gamble and protection for the minors. The websites should not only protect their interests, but they must also take care of those of other players.
