Online players: more than three millions of French

Even if the liberalization of on-line games is planned by January 1st, 2010, the reporter of the bill of online bets Jean-François Lamour declares that it wouldnt be effective before February or March and that «the objective is to be ready for the Football World Cup in June, 2010 ". It is a subject which should worry the operators willing to work in this sector, in France. But finally France agreed to take into account operators of casinos having already passed by controls and obtained a license in other countries, while maintaining the upper limit of the gains of the players between 80 % and 85 % of the stakes.
