Poker historical account: Summary in the film « All In: The Poker Movie »
An all new documentary film relating the history of poker has just come out on the cinema screens. During the 11th edition of the annual festival of film in Las Vegas, held at Palms Casino Resort, at the same time of the development of the 40th edition of the World Series Of Poker (WSOP), the American director Douglas Tirola has just presented his new production, a documentary entitled All In: The Poker Movie. It is a film relating entire history of poker in the United States since the beginning of the year 1950s until now. Moreover, all the ways of perception of this game society are agreeably told in: the propitious period of the 1950s, its consideration as an old-fashioned game and a game of cheater in the 80s before coming to its current success through tournaments and competitions of online poker.
This cinematographic rewarded as the best documentary during this CineVegas festival gather at once images of archives of numerous tournaments played in USA as well as interviews of great stars such as Phil Hellmuth, Howard Lederer, Daniel Negreanu, Greg Raymer, Scott nGuyen
