Caribbean Poker
Caribbean Poker is a popular casino table game, originating from the Caribbean Isles. Invented on cruise ships, the game slowly made its way to American shores first. From here it was only a matter of time until Caribbean Poker has spread all over the world. The rules are very similar to five card stud poker. Unlike other poker games, Caribbean Poker is played against the house and not other players. After entering a wager, you and the dealer will both get five cards. The dealer turns over one of his cards. At this point, you need to decide if you think your hand will beat the dealer's hand or not. You have two choices at this point, to play or to fold. Playing on, the bet will double. After you have made your decision, the dealer reveals his hole cards. The dealer only plays with an ace/king or higher. If your hand beats the cealer's hand, you win, simple as that. Being fast paced and straightforward, this exciting game is a timeless favourite in online poker rooms.
