Chris Moneymaker Online Poker Retail Site Gets Makeover from bep Consulting
WSOP champ and entrepreneur Chris Moneymaker has recruited interactive marketing firm bep Consulting to give the poker pro's online poker retail website, www.moneymakergaming.com, something of a makeover. The new look and feel of the site is designed to cater towards poker's shifting demographic. The new poker player is young, middle class and hip to a trend, and thus the site needed to better fit this target audience. Darian Rafie, a principal at bep, commented "We learned that poker accessories are an impulse buy and that Moneymaker's new site had to capture the attention of potential customers quickly and effectively. By integrating the playing and the purchasing experience we were able to create an ecommerce solution that makes the buying process engaging and easy, designed specifically with the target demographic in mind." The new version of the site features interactive dealing and betting options, to help present products in a more vivid display.
