French poker license : The mystery ACT Poker finally revealed
The French online poker world is entering a new starting phase and this, after the opening of the market of online gambling, a few weeks ago. It is a very special date for the milieu, especially for operators of online gaming. The former operators as the new ones are impatient and wonder if they have been selected to be able to operate freely online. We knew that during the first licensing, there has been no particular problems. Everyone was patiently awaiting the second wave. But the list of operators in the second round on June 25th, a typographical error has been the source of misinterpretation, it raised many questions from the public but also the operators. In fact, ACT Poker.fr is not a newcomer to the trade or a new media company or anything but also just a typo that, instead of writing ACF Poker.fr, the result was different: ACT Poker.fr hence the endless debate on what is considered as a new operator unknown in the battalion. Bad speculation as what the Russian mafia was behind etc. were heard. The release of the licensing authority is clear on this point and it ends the suspense. As everyone knows, ACF is the famous Parisian poker club Aviation Club de France and now has its online poker site. It is the holder of a new gaming license and works with Party Gaming. The site is ACF Poker.fr. That's all's well that ends well.
