CNEC final 2012: To be held at Salon de Provence

For four years, the Club of Clubs (CDC) organized in France the tournament for National Championship per Team Club (CNEC), an event that brings together many associations and poker clubs. Throughout 2011, they were 2,000 players, members of 184 poker clubs, to have participated in qualifying tournaments that were held in different cities of the Hexagon. In these competitions, the members of each poker club had to collect as many points as possible to let their associations participate in the final. On February 25 and 26, the 27 clubs will meet the lucky ones at the Salon de Provence to take part in the grand final which is organized by the Club of Provence with the support of the mayor of the city and the Circle of Arts and Crafts. This club composed of 150 members has been elected as organizer of the event by the CDC.

This choice does not depend on luck, as the club showed to the CDC its ability to build a strong organization that could ensure the professional structure of the tournament. Furthermore, it should be noted that the CDC imposed numerous conditions, which have been met by the Club of Provence. Charles Trenet room will be the host institution of the tournament. The list of competitors is sufficiently numerous. Indeed, among the clubs which will try to win the championship title of the CNEC 2012 are the Poker Club Catalan, the Auxerre Poker Club, the Orleans Poker Club, the Poker@Lyon, the Aspic Avignon, the Riviera Poker Club and also the Trégor Poker Club and the Poker On Mars.
