Poker in France: An interesting tournament schedule for this month
France remains a very active country in the poker world. In this January, several live poker tournaments will be played all over France. The Partouche Poker Tour will open the poker festival with the first stage of the Season V to be held in Lyon, in Lyon Vert Casino from January 7 to 8 for a buy-in of € 1,250. This event will let win tickets for the grand finale of Cannes, and also for the International Stadium Poker Tour of May 10 to 12, 2012, the poker tournament of $ 30 million which will be held inside the new Wembley Stadium in London. The same weekend, Gruissan will receive the Texas Poker Series, a deepstack tournament of € 660 buy-in.
The following week, from January 13 to 29, the city of Paris will host the EFOP at the Aviation Club de France. In the program, there will be the Bronze Championship of € 500 buy-in, the Silver Championship of € 1,000, the Gold Championship of € 2,000 and € 5,000 for the Diamond Championship, and there will be also a High Roller of € 10,000 buy-in to be held during the last two days of the tournament. January will be closed in joy with a tournament in Cannes, in the city of luxury and film. Indeed, this city of the Riviera will receive on January 14 to 15 the Cannes Winter Deepstack of € 1,000 a buy-in in the lavish Casino Barrière Cannes Croisette.
