WPT Five Diamond: The competitors of the final table unveiled

After four days of competition, the final table of the WPT Doyle Brunson Five Diamond World Poker Classic was finally unveiled. On this day, Soi Nguyen finished chip leader with a stack of 4,995,000 chips. Indeed, the November Nine of the WSOP Main Event 2010 was in a very good position from the day 3 finishing second in the chip count (1,380,000) just behind Kyle Julius. Of the 13 incoming poker players of the day, six players remained and joined the Bellagio Hotel & Resort : Soi Nguyen, Antonio Esfandiari, Vitor Coelho, Andrew Lichtenberger, Vanessa Selbst and James Dempsey. The bubble boy of the day was Larry Wells, who was eliminated in seventh place face to Nguyen at his best fit.

The final table looks extremely relieved because the three top players in terms of chip count have more than 3 million chips, who are Nguyen (4,995,000), the WSOP 2010 champion James Dempsey (3.86 million) and Andrew Lichtenberger (3,605,000). But do not forget that the current champion Antonio Esfandiari is also in the game. The Iranian has 1,255,000 in chips, but his experience and the two WPT titles he has are a proof that he is a very good player. The American Vanessa Selbst, Day 1 chip leader and winner of the Partouche Poker Tour Main Event 2010 is also a player to watch at this final table. The last player at the table Vitor Coelho who despite his last place in the chip count, with 560,000 chips is an experienced player. His qualifying for the final table is a proof.
