Partouche Poker Tour: Sam Trickett wins the title 2011

The Partouche Poker Tour (PPT) finally designated its champion after the shifted final table, which started last Saturday, November 12. Chipleader at the start of the final and author of numerous exploits in live poker tournaments, the British Sam Trickett won this edition with a gain of one million Euro. On Sunday, November 13, there remained only four players who joined the poker room to compete for the title of the tournament. The champion was in the second position and was able to resist until the final heads'up that oppose him to the chipleader at the final day, the American Behbehan Salman. Despite the advantage in number of token of his opponent, Trickett played his best poker and finally took the victory. As runner up, therefore, the American was entitled to the second prize of € 600,000.



Regarding the fate of the three representatives of France present at this final table of the Partouche Poker Tour, two of them were eliminated during the day of Saturday, November 12. Indeed, the holder of the second biggest stack, Alexander Coussy finally surrendered at the 8th place. The sponsor of Moroccan poker, Roger Hairabedian, also finished 5th in the competition. His defeat lead to many critics but Big Roger responded quickly to these remarks by highlighting his talent and ethics for the game. As for Ilan Boujenah, he managed to come back on Sunday but ended up by being eliminated at the 4 th place. Denmark's Mads Winssinger, Alexander Dovzhenko, Italian Mustapha Kanit and Ukrainian Oleskii Kovalchuk ranked respectively 9th, 6th and 3rd.
