WSOP Europe Day 3: Max Silver and Chris Moorman got a good start

The WSOP Europe in Cannes is currently in its fourth day of the main event. Of the 115 survivors of Day 3, 25 players got their ticket to qualify for the final during which only 8 players will be selected. At the end of Day 3 held this Tuesday, Sept. 18 at the Majestic Hotel in Cannes, the British Max Silver collected the greatest number of chips with 1,780,000. Max Silver kept a low profile at the opening of this event but his experience on major tournaments opened him the door just before the final. Indeed, the Britain already won a Side Event of the EPT London and UKIPT Dublin. Chris Moorman is just behind him with 1,769,000 chips.

We found in the Top 10, Amir Lehavot, Shawn Buchanan, Dermot Blain, Jeremy Kottler, Brian Roberts, Elio Fox, Andrew Moseley and Giuseppe Sammartino. Other players like Erik Seidel, Patrik Antonius, Jake Cody, Alexander Dovzhenko, Moritz Kranich, Ricardo Tavares, James Schafer, John Duthie, Michael Drummond, Tony Guoga and Joseph Eames are still in the running for the WSOP bracelet and the prize of € 1.4 million. In the French side, Steven Moreau, Thibaud Guenegou, Arnaud Mattern and Philippe Ktorza are still present to try to defend the title of their country for this poker event held at home. The Day 4 of the Main Event will restart this Wednesday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m to qualify for the final table. Only eight players will have a chance to succeed the last champion of the WSOP Europe, the English James Edge.
