EPT San Remo: The fourth stage of the season to be held from October 21

After London, the next stage of the season 8 of the European Poker Tour will be a break of one week in Italy, at the Casino San Remo during the end of October. Scheduled from October 21 to 27, 2011, the EPT San Remo will have as usual several side events and a Main Event of € 4,900 buy-in. This Italian stage of the EPT Season 8 should, according to forecast, gather more participants than last season which brought together 988 participants. In last May, during the stage of the season 7 in Italy, the EPT San Remo recorded the victory of Rupert Elder after a head's up with Germany's Max Heinzelmann. The British won thankks to this purpose a prize of € 930,000 in addition to the title. For his part, Heinzelmann achieved an incredible journey by standing at the second position of the EPT Season 7 durig two consecutive steps.



For this fourth stage of the season 8, the Casino San Remo will receive the EPT Main Event during 7 days with two entries for Day 1 and a final table scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, October 27, the IPT Special Event (Italian Poker Tour) and side event tournament : No Limit Hold'em, No Limit Turbo Bounty, Pot Limit Omaha with rebuy, and No Limit Heads Up (64 players). And as remark following the new Italian budget law, it should be noted that the maximum amount of cash allowed to be paid to a player must not exceed € 2,499 per day for earnings. Thus, it is imperative to bring his bank details for all players who will come in Italy.
