It remains less than a week before the kickoff of the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE). For the first time, the event will take place in France and the majestic Casino Barrière of Cannes Croisette was elected to host it. Seven gold bracelets will be distributed at the fifth edition of the tournament and the first will be awarded to the main event of € 10,400 buy-in champion to be held from October 15 to 20. Certainly, several well known players will participate in it and the field of this event will be important given the many players who acquired tickets for the tournament during the various stages of the tournament Barrière Poker Tour. Thus, organizers believe that they can bring at least 450 players and can generate a prize pool of € 4.5 million. Note that last year the title went to James Bord.

In addition to this main event then, several side events will be in the program. Those who wish to get one of those famous gold jewellery should register to the € 1,090 NLH tournament to be held from October 8 to 13, the Pot Limit Omaha of € 5,300 from October 10 to 13, to the € 3,200 NLH Shootout of October 11 to 14 and the NLH Split Format of € 10,400 from October 12 to 16, the Pot Limit Omaha 6-handed of € 1,620 from October 13 to 16 or at the inaugural tournament of October 7 to 10 open for € 2,680.
